So many of you in this audience enter the world of business entrepreneurship through the world of medicine first. While this is completely understandable, I think too many lose sight of the fact that being an entrepreneur is actually a choice we make. Choosing to be an entrepreneur carries with it a tremendous weight in competitive markets, and healthcare services is definitely one. That being said, there are plenty of alternatives – many of which will immediately compromise the freedoms you’ve mostly forgotten that you have. I hope this episode is a “re-grounding” of sorts and a dose of optimism during your times of trial.
